Dr. Oriol Cantó Navés
Dr. Oriol Cantó Navés is a highly qualified dentist with a long and outstanding career in the field of dentistry and university teaching.
He obtained his Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Barcelona in 1991. Since 2000, he has been a professor at the International University of Catalonia, where he obtained his PhD in Dentistry in 2015.
He is the founder and director of the Dental Clinic Oriol Cantó, with presence in Tàrrega (Lleida) from 1991 to 2003 and in Barcelona from 1993. In addition, he is the founder and president of the Dental Association for Disability Assistance (ADADI) since its creation in 2006.
Dr. Oriol Cantó has extensive international experience, having been a visiting professor at the University of Geneva (Switzerland) and participating in training programs such as “Advanced Restorative Esthetics” at Baylor Collage in Dallas (USA) and “A synergistic approach to implant dentistry” in Orlando (USA) during 1999.
He is a member of several national and international scientific societies such as SEPES and SEI. He has given conferences at national and international level in a wide variety of cities and countries, including Barcelona, Madrid, Murcia, Malaga, Almería, Bilbao, Valencia… and China, United States, Portugal, Peru, Chile, Argentina, France, Dubai, Cuba, Mexico, Colombia, Israel, Guatemala…
Until 2020, she was a member of the MIS Iberica Scientific Committee (MIS Implant System: Israel). Since 2000, he has been a professor in the Master of Surgery and Prosthesis on implants and the Official Master of Rehabilitation and Aesthetics of the International University of Catalonia. In addition, he is currently the Director of the University Dentistry Clinic (CUO) of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
Dr. Xavier Gimeno
Dr. Xavier Gimeno is a professional with extensive training and experience in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, later specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Currently, he works as a professor of Oral and Surgical Pathology at the International University of Catalonia, sharing his knowledge and experience with medical students.
In addition to his teaching work, Dr. Gimeno also works as a collaborating doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in different hospitals in Catalonia, where he contributes his experience and expertise in the treatment of maxillofacial pathologies.
He has been part of the team of the Dental Clinic of Dr. Oriol Cantó since 2005.
Dr. David Martínez
Dr. David Martínez graduated in Medicine with an Excellence qualification in 1982 from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Barcelona.
Specialized in Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation from the University of Barcelona. Since 1999, he has dedicated himself to anesthesia for outpatient surgery as an autonomous professional in various centers of Ophthalmology, Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetics and Dentistry. In addition, he has collaborated as an anaesthetist in dental clinics for the practice of Conscious Sedation in outpatient patients since 2001.
During his career he was hired as an interim assistant in the Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation Service of the Bellvitge Hospital, Hospitalet de Llobregat, between 1988 and 1993. He was also responsible for the Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation Service of the Hospital de la Mutua Igualadina, Anoia Assistance Foundation, from 1989 to 1994.
Dr. Martínez has also been a professor and anesthetist in the different courses of the Master of Implantology taught by the ESI in Barcelona, from 1999 to 2006. She has shared her experience at an international level with conferences and demonstrations on basic, advanced resuscitation and conscious sedation at the Intensive Course of Implantology in Buenos Aires, Argentina, between 2004 and 2005.
With extensive experience in anesthesiology and resuscitation, Dr. David Martínez is dedicated to providing quality and safety medical care to patients in oral procedures.
Dra. Nayra Grau
Dr. Nayra Grau has a degree in Dentistry from the European University of Madrid, where she studied between 1995 and 2000. She subsequently obtained a Master of Science in Oral Sciences with a thesis entitled “Nanomechanical and nanostructural properties of synosted human cranial sutures” at the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA, in 2004. In addition, he completed his training with a Master in Orthodontics at the same university and year.
In the field of specialization, Dr. Grau completed a Postgraduate Degree in Dentistry at the Catalan Society of Dentistry in Barcelona in 2007.
Since 2005, he has been an orthodonticist at the Oriol Cantó Dental Clinic in Barcelona. In addition, she has been an associate professor of undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Orthodontics at the College of Dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago during 2004 and 2005. From 2005 to the present, she is also an associate professor of the Master of Orthodontics at the International University of Catalonia, located in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
With extensive experience in the field of Orthodontics and Dentistry, Dr. Nayra Grau is dedicated to providing quality and specialized care to her patients, combining clinical practice with university teaching.
Dra. Eléna Bensoussan
Dr. Eléna Bensoussan has extensive academic and professional training in the field of dentistry and scientific research.
She began her academic career obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology with option in Chemistry at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida (United States), between 2011 and 2015. Subsequently, she completed a Master in Research in Dentistry at the International University of Catalonia (UIC) in Barcelona during the period 2016-2017. She continued her training with the Degree in Dentistry at the same university, obtaining it between 2015 and 2020.
More recently, he completed his training with a Master in Aesthetic and Functional Oral Rehabilitation at Autrán Dental Academy of the San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM), during the period 2022-2024.
Dr. Bensoussan has been working as a General Dental Odontologist at the Oriol Cantó Dental Clinic in Barcelona since 2022. It specializes in restorative, prosthetic and aesthetic treatments.
In addition to her clinical dedication, Dr. Bensoussan has participated in several courses and certifications to continue updating her skills and knowledge in dentistry. These courses include the Occlusion Design Course with Stephen Phelan in 2020-2021, Digital Smile Design (DSD) certification in 2020, and courses on hyaluronic acid management, previous composite improvement, hyaluronic acid injection techniques, nitrous oxide conscious sedation, among others.

Dra. Elena Perales Sopena
Dr. Elena Perales Sopena is a highly qualified professional in the field of dentistry, with solid academic training and extensive clinical experience.
She obtained her Degree in Dentistry at the University of Barcelona between 2010 and 2015. Later, she specialized in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at Rey Juan Carlos University during the period 2015-2016, and completed a Master in Advanced Endodontics at the same university between 2015 and 2017.
In addition to academic training, Dr. Perales has participated in several specialization courses to improve her clinical skills. These courses include a Specialization Course in Dental Traumatology with Dr. De Gregorio between 2015 and 2017, as well as a Course in Endodontic Microsurgery and Soft Tissues in 2018. More recently, in 2023, he completed a BOPT Course on teeth and implants at the BORG Center in Viladecans.
Since 2019, Dr. Perales has been working at the Oriol Cantó Dental Clinic in Barcelona, where she is dedicated exclusively to Endodontics.

Dra. Cristina Pascual
Dr. Cristina Pascual is a highly trained dentist with a specialization in orthodontics and an exclusive dedication to this area.
She completed her Degree in Dentistry at the International University of Catalonia in Barcelona between 2012 and 2017. Subsequently, she held a Clinical Dentistry Residence at the same university during the period 2017-2018. She continued her training with a Master in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics at the International University of Catalonia between 2018 and 2021.
Since 2022, Dr. Cristina Pascual has been working at the Dr. Oriol Cantó Dental Clinic in Barcelona, where she specializes exclusively in orthodontics, offering personalized and high quality treatments to her patients.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Pascual also shares her experience as a Clinical Instructor in the Master of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the International University of Catalonia from 2021 to the present.
Dr. Cristina Pascual is committed to excellence in orthodontic treatments and remains up to date with the latest techniques and technologies, as demonstrated by her Invisalign certification obtained in 2021.
Dra. Inés Doria Creixell
Dr. Inés Doria Creixell is a dentist with solid training and experience in the field of periodontics and dental implants.
She completed her Degree in Dentistry at the International University of Catalonia (UIC) between 2010 and 2015. Subsequently, she completed a Master in Periodontics and Implants awarded by the European Federation of Periodontics (EFP) at the same university, during the period 2016-2019. In addition, he held a Clinical Residency at the UIC during 2015-2016.
Dr. Doria has kept up to date with the latest techniques and advances in her field by participating in several continuous training courses. These courses include bone regenerative surgery and soft tissue management at Dr. Carlo Tinti’s Clinic in 2021, mucogingival surgery using the VISTA technique in collaboration with SEPA-SIDP with Dr. Alfonso Gil in 2022, and microsurgery at CCMIJU in C·ceres in 2018.
Since 2020, Dr. Doria has been working at Dr. Oriol Cantó Dental Clinic, where she specializes in periodontics and dental implants, offering personalised and high-quality treatments to her patients.
Dr. Aitor Clavero
Dr. Aitor Clavero is a dentist with solid training and experience in the field of prostodontics (dental and implant prostheses).
She completed her Degree in Dentistry at the International University of Catalonia (UIC) between 2018-2023. Subsequently, he held the Clinical Residence in Prosodontics at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya during the years 2023-24.
Marta Moliner
Marta Moliner is a professional with solid training and experience in the field of dental clinic management.
He completed the course of Management of Dental Alebat Clinic, acquiring knowledge and skills in the administration and management of dental clinics.
In addition, she has a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona, where she acquired a solid academic base in health sciences and pharmaceutical management.
With her combination of knowledge in pharmacy and dental clinic management, Marta Moliner provides valuable insight and skills to the management and administration of the Clinic.
